Harvest or scrape data in bulk beyond the intended per-search functionality.
Send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or cold outreach in violation of applicable law (including the Australian Spam Act 2003 and the UK PECR).
Impersonate any business, person, or entity.
Violate Google's Maps Platform Terms of Service.
Engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.

5. Third-Party Data

Business information displayed by the Service is sourced in real-time from the Google Maps Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of that data. Google's own Terms of Service also apply to your use of map data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service software, design, and original content are owned by BizPage Builder and protected by copyright. Generated pages based on publicly available business data are provided for your own use; you are responsible for ensuring your use of those pages complies with applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data will be accurate or up to date.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizPage Builder and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
