Why we built your website before asking

If you received an email from us with a link to a preview of your new website, you might be wondering: why did they build it without asking me first?

The honest answer is that showing is better than telling. If we'd emailed you asking "would you like a website?", it would have been easy to ignore — you'd have to imagine what you might get, trust a stranger, and decide whether it was worth your time.

By building the preview first, we let you see the actual thing. Your business name. Your photos. Your hours and address. A real, working website — before you've agreed to anything.

We think that's a better way to do it. You can make up your own mind based on something real, not a sales pitch.

What's in your preview

Your preview site is a fully built, mobile-ready website. It's not a mockup or a wireframe — it's an actual page that looks good on any phone, tablet, or desktop screen.

Here's what you'll find on it:

• Your business name and a professional header
• Your address and phone number — clickable on mobile
• Your Google star rating and customer reviews
• Your opening hours
• Photos from your Google profile

It's clean, it's accurate, and it represents your business properly.

How we used your Google listing to build it

Everything on your preview site came from your Google Maps listing. We didn't invent anything or make anything up — we used the information you've already put there: your name, address, phone, hours, photos, and reviews.

That means if something looks wrong, it's likely because your Google listing has an error. If you'd like anything updated on the site — a different photo, a corrected phone number, anything else — just reply to the email we sent you and let us know.

What happens after the preview

The preview link is live for 7 days from when we sent the email. After that it expires — so if you want to take another look, do it soon.

If you like what you see and want to take your site live, just reply to our email. We'll talk you through the next steps, which are straightforward: a proper domain name, hosting, and any tweaks you'd like made. We handle all of that.

If you want to suggest changes before deciding, that's fine too. Just reply and tell us what you'd like different.

Is there a catch?

No catch. We build the preview free, with no obligation on your part.

If you want to publish your site and have us manage it long-term — keeping it updated, making changes when your hours or services change, that sort of thing — we can talk about what that looks like. But there's no pressure, no hidden fees, and no obligation to do anything at all.

If the preview isn't for you, that's genuinely fine. No hard feelings, no follow-up sales calls. The link just expires and that's that.
